This exhibit contains sexual assault allegations.
Tasha Kaminsky's Facebook post from December 20, 2017, in which she initially framed her accusation as "coercion" rather than rape.

Tasha Kaminsky (“Tasha Melisa”), Facebook comment on Justine Collum’s post, December 20, 2017:
i will clarify: i classify what happened to me to be sexual coercion. some people consider that rape. some don’t. nick told a table full of people that they raped me. they used the word rape. i didn’t.
Two things are notable here. First, Tasha herself distinguishes between “sexual coercion” and rape (this exhibit; transcribed verbatim above and confirmed at Kaminsky deposition, p.45). Yet she also publicly called Mouna “a serial rapist” (Kaminsky deposition, p.29) and told multiple people Mouna “literally said ‘I raped Tasha’” on a recording she calls “The Tape” (Kaminsky deposition, p.92). Second, her claim that Mouna “told a table full of people that they raped me” is false (the quoted phrase is from this exhibit and is confirmed as her own writing at Kaminsky deposition, p.45). Under oath, Tasha admitted the words “I raped Tasha” do not appear on the recording (Kaminsky deposition, pp.89–90).
